予約は、宿泊希望の３日前までに完了して下さい。クレジットカード決済の完了、またはゆうちょ銀行着金確認を予約完了とさせていただきます。日本人の方は、当日現金払いを受け付けますので、予約フォームを送付いただいた時点で予約完了とさせていただきます。しかしながら、予約後、キャンセルされた場合は、下記のキャンセル料を請求させて頂きますことご了承下さい。
キャンセル料は、下記の通りになります。（連泊であっても宿泊初日が下記の通りであれば、全ての宿泊料に下記ののパーセンテージが適応されます）
利用日の8日前まで：無料
利用日の7日〜4日前まで：宿泊料の20％
利用日の3〜２日前：宿泊料の50％
利用日前日：宿泊料の80％
利用日の当日：100% 

Reservations must be completed at least three days before the desired stay. Completion of credit card payment will be considered as completion of the booking.
Cancellation charges are as follows. (The following percentages apply to all accommodation charges, even for consecutive nights, as long as the first day of the stay is as follows)
Up to 8 days before the date of use: free of charge
7 to 4 days before the date of use: 20% of the accommodation charge
3 to 2 days prior to the use of the room: 50% of the room rate
1 day before the day of use: 80% of the accommodation charge
On the day of use: 100% of the accommodation charge
